The key focus in the formation of the company was to provide a quality service tailored to each clients requirements. It is this flexibility and adaptability that has lead to successfully establishing a satisfied client base in the initial year of business and enabled the company to under go expansion. Susan Thomas, UKAS Technical Manager and company director has been an asbestos analyst for over three years and is fully qualified to BOHS standard. She has over ten years experience working within the laboratory environment, and knows the key customer skills required to develop and enhance long and successful client relationships. Nicola Tully, UKAS Quality Manager and company director has been working within quality departments for the last few years and has been a qualified asbestos analyst for over a year. She has key communication skills on both a written and oral level enabling effective enhancement of customer relations. All staff within the company are encouraged to under take regular training to enhance their position and constantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. Our business is centrally located close to the motorway links for the M6 and M62 enabling clients from all regions to easily access us. We have found this to be beneficial to our clients as they generally travel a lot, and this enables them to deliver samples at their convenience.
